Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ATS Resume Flow. We've written them to be as clear and honest as possible so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ATS Resume Flow (the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms of Service, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Use License & Acceptable Use

ATS Resume Flow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial career development purposes. You agree not to:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs commercially.
  • Use the Service to generate content for others for compensation without an Enterprise agreement.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or proprietary algorithms.
  • Upload malicious files, attempt to inject code, or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or usage quotas.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without prior written permission.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Razorpay

Certain features require a paid plan. All transactions — including international payments — are handled and processed by Mounts Software Services (via Razorpay), our authorized payment partner. By initiating a payment, you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Mounts Software Services and Razorpay in addition to ours.

  • Billing Authorization — By providing a payment method, you authorize Mounts Software Services to charge the applicable fees for your selected plan.
  • International Payments — Razorpay supports international card payments and currency conversions. Your bank may apply foreign transaction fees independent of our charges.
  • Razorpay Compliance — Razorpay is an RBI-authorized payment aggregator and PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Cross-border transactions are subject to applicable FEMA regulations.
  • Refund Policy — Due to the immediate, digital nature of our AI processing services, all payments are non-refundable once the service has been rendered, unless required by applicable law.
  • Subscription Cancellation — You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload — including your resume and job descriptions ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant ATS Resume Flow a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content through our AI systems solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

  • We do not sell, license, or use your User Content for training AI models without your explicit consent.
  • AI-generated outputs (tailored resumes, rewritten bullets, scores) are considered derivative works provided for your personal use.
  • All platform software, designs, trademarks, and brand elements are the exclusive property of ATS Resume Flow.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ATS Resume Flow expressly disclaims:

  • Any warranty that the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
  • Any guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, complete, or suitable for a specific employer.
  • Any guarantee that using our Service will result in job interviews, offers, or employment.
  • Any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ATS Resume Flow shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Any service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues beyond our direct control.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Contact & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
